Enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience featuring a wide variety of Japanese favorites, including nigiri sushi, oden, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, yakitori, ramen, Wagyu beef, and more! Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy tastings of premium sake, Japanese shochu, Japanese beer, and other beverages.

This year, we are also excited to feature special collaborations with JETRO and the JAPAN STORE booth, along with the Shochu Rising Fair, showcasing authentic Japanese shochu from 10 distilleries across Japan.

Experience Japanese culture through exciting taiko drum performances, a tuna-cutting demonstration, a traditional sake-barrel opening ceremony (kagami-biraki), and more!
